Women's Inner Work
Are you looking for a fun, engaging way to work on your inner life? Ready to ignite your intention? Award-winning and published writer, Rachel Faith, honours the power of the pen to lead to one’s personal catharsis. Rachel reveres the noble Art of the Inner-Work, notably via The Art Of Self-Reflection and The Practice Of Letting Go. Rachel is a certified meditation instructor. Relax as you are guided to visualise and affirm what is truly nourishing.
For this session, we welcome both women new to dipping their toes in the inky waters and the seasoned legends of literati.
You will be guided on the path of exploration of your interior emotional landscape seeking out limiting beliefs submerged in seeds of doubt. You’ll be encouraged to deep dive to the source of your true heart’s desire, challenging what may have held you back and the purpose that it played.
Watch in awe as the pen weaves your new-found affirmation of the next chapter of your life revealing the Goddess within.

Every woman is invited to be part of the flow of the workshop with a role. What this means is that every woman who attends has played some part in the collaboration of this event and the naturally unfolding synergy. A women's circle is most powerful when we all contribute.
